Mobile and Remote Notary Services

In addition to mobile notary services we are registered as an online notary public and can provide remote notary services.  A remote online notary
is a commissioned notary public who is authorized to notarize documents electronically using secure online technology. Instead of meeting in person, we can connect through a live audio-video session, allowing documents to be notarized remotely from virtually anywhere.

Remote online notarization uses identity verification, credential analysis, and electronic signatures to help ensure security and compliance with state laws. Once completed, the notarized document is legally valid, just like a traditional in-person notarization, provided it is permitted under applicable law.
